About your Appointment

Exclusivity

The venue is for your exclusive use. The Therapist may have a Supervisor, Trainer or an assistant present. We ask you do not invite other Guests without discussing with us prior to check in.. Fees may apply for additional Guest. 

Venue

We are located in a Residential complex in Sir Lowry Road in Woodstock, Cape Town. Your appointment confirmation has the exact address and detailed directions. The Therapist will meet you at a meeting point and escort you to the Suite.

Shower Facilities

Shower facilities are available on a complimentary basis for all treatments of 1 hour and above.

Parking and accessibility 

We recommend the paid for underground parking in Cornwall Street, behind the building. The venue is also easily reached via Uber.

Privacy & Confidentiality 

The Suite is only available on appointment, and is not  accessible to Walk-In clients. However, we often assist with appointments on short notice.

We never disclose any client detail to without express written consent. 

We might ask your patience if, due to health & safety reasons, you cannot access the Suite immediately. 

Cancellation

We understand life happens and respect that you might need to change or cancel your appointment at times. 

We will attempt to rebook your appointment slot, failing which, the following fees may apply:

- Cancellations less than  24 hours prior to appointment: 50% of full value 

- No show: 100% of full value.

Payment 

Payment can be done in credit card, cash (Rand, Dollar, Euro and British Stirling accepted) or via QR code sent to your mobile device. 

Treatment Duration

The duration indicated is from arrival to departure from the Spa. Special requests and changes to our product will be considered, but may affect the duration of your treatment.
