We are conveniently situated in the residential section of Woodstock Quarter, 187 Sir Lowry Road, Woodstock. Your appointment confirmation will include the exact address and detailed directions.

A therapist will meet you at a designated meeting point and escort you to the suite.

Please note, we operate on an appointment-only basis and do not accept walk-ins due to access control.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, except American Express and Diners Club. We also accept cash (Rand, Dollar, Euro, and British Sterling). For future bookings, we can send you a prepayment link. During peak times, a deposit may be required.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a fee:

• Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the appointment: 50% of the full value.

• No-show: 100% of the full value.

Yes, the venue is for your exclusive use. However, a Supervisor, Trainer, or Assistant may be present. Please discuss with us prior to check-in if you plan to invite other guests, as additional fees may apply.

Are shower facilities available?

Yes, shower facilities are available on a complimentary basis for all treatments of 1 hour and above.

What are the parking options?

We recommend the paid underground parking on Cornwall Street, behind the building. The venue is also easily accessible via Uber.
